Please note! This chest was delivered to us in imperfect condition. Never used, never shipped, unused but just not perfect enough to be sold as a Frejus. This Frejus has a lighter area across the top layer over the entire length, 7cm wide (picture 2). There is also damage on the front bottom right, this is on the bottom and is almost invisible unless the chest is upside down (pictures 2 and 3). In addition, the chest is unusually loud when in use, opening/closing could be straight out of a horror movie where an old door opens. We have loosened a few screws here and there, but the noise is really in the wood itself, which is stuck somewhere. If you do not want the chest to be used with a squeaking sound, you may need to create more space at the connection between the top container and the lid. Use some sandpaper to sand down the top container or the connection and listen to where the sound is coming from. This often concerns small details and is probably sold as standard to colleagues in the market, but we want to be transparent about this (possibly you can sand/fill/paint it yourself). All "Imperfection Frejus" are 100% functional and unused/never shipped. By pointing out imperfect woodwork and offering a small discount, we want to avoid disappointment.
