PastelGrain pastel paper is the best paper for pastels with intense grain. Heavy, 360 gsm, professional-quality pastel paper with a soft, adhesive surface. Pastelmat paper allows you to effortlessly apply multiple layers without blending when not intended. Perfect for details with pastels, pencils, and graphite. Pastel adheres well without dusting, saturation, or fixative. This extra-thick paper is also suitable for wet techniques with alcohol or water, without compromising its texture or adhesive properties. After moistening, applying multiple layers, and erasing them all, the paper remains in good condition. Exceptionally durable!

All Pastelmat pads contain 12 sheets, individually protected by greaseproof paper. PastelGrain is available in two pads, No. 1 through No. 2, with four different paper colors, as described in the specifications below.
